WindSong is a recording artist and sound healer from Dallas, TX. Combining performance and activism, she aims to make a difference in her community through fundraising and service to others.
In 2015 WindSong Movement was built as a creative, kirtan-inspired collaboration, with a band of rotating performers and musicians from all over the world playing instruments such as the didgeridoo, hung drum, djembe, cello, harmonium, violin, and more! The stage is open to anyone who is in alignment with achieving global success, not for personal gain, but for the opportunity to open the hearts and minds of others so that we can end the cycle of violence present in our society today.
After a successful album fundraiser, for 5 years, Wind Song organized and facilitated a volunteer-based outreach to homeless children aged 1-17 in DFW, which included music, meditation and expressive arts. 3 years ago she began touring the country as a musician, using her platform to raise awareness about human trafficking, in addition to creating and facilitating co-ed workshops for adults based on consent, acknowledging sexual conditioning, and healing trauma through meditation, breathing techniques and partner exercises (which were based on studies in Quodoushka, Tantra, Kundalini Yoga and meditation.)
Every unique appearance is tailored to become a call to action for her supporters to get involved in their own local charities. As a survivor of human trafficking, she also donates 55% of each album and art sale to helping women and children like herself recover and rebuild~
